A Highly personable individual, with 05 years of experience in HR Sector and today working with SME Entrepreneurs in transforming their organizations since the last 07 years.

Most of her work assignments have included setting up of HR processes & procedures, working on payroll, employee engagement activities and training. Her current assignment with smmart Training & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. . – an entrepreneur education company has allowed her the opportunity to work with various SME Entrepreneur’s. She provides intense facilitation to her clients by enabling them to seek answers within themselves and provide rigorous insights, so that they scale greater heights in a dynamic & ever-changing world of business, which is the ultimate motto of the company.

She is often described as a very pleasant, diverse, active and intelligent woman. One of her most distinguishing characteristics is the diversity of cultures that she has been exposed too in her early age. She also has a passion for traveling and understanding different cultures and people. All these elements have given her a very broad outlook, with varying degrees of knowledge in a range of topics. She strongly believe that although some are not related directly, all these qualities have influenced her choice of career into Human Resource development & Organizational Development. To sharpen her coaching / facilitation skills she has completed the ACC Certification by International Coaching Federation ( ICF).
