ABOUT OUR CLIENT


  • I had been following the T. I. G. E. R. Santosh Nair and the smmart team for many years and not had the opportunity to take learning programmes due to my location. But with the shift to online learning, this opportunity came to me and I took it immediately.
  • The main reason why I took up this course was so that I could bring a shift in my company where I am only passively present and the company can function by itself in my absence.
  • With this being the focal point of the first semester of Mastery in Entrepreneurship Excellence, it was the perfect place to help me educate how to build an Auto-Pilot Organization – an organization that grows on its own.

IMPLEMENTATIONS DURING MEE GURUKUL


BEFORE


Initially, I had shared my focus on too many activities. Among these there several activities that overtook my time and energy and not necessarily helped to build the company’s revenue. Because of this, I was not able to work on what I loved to do best.

AFTER


The Mastery in Entrepreneurship Excellence programme had been an eye-opened right from the beginning. Now that I have established my rights as an entrepreneur, distinguished my junk activities and started delegating the same. Now having identified my distinct forte, I have started working in innovating and expanding. During the lockdown, my company achieved a 70% increase in turnover.

BEFORE


Earlier, I had a team of 4 members who helped me with different functions. However, I had to indulge in several junk activities to keep things moving.

AFTER


Now I have a team of 14 members which include my first and second in liners. This team has now taken over so many of my junk activities by which I can now focus on activities that can benefit my company and me. My reviewer Jinen has been a guide and a driving force who constantly pushed me to work on establishing my distinct forte. And once I did, he pushed me to delegate the unnecessary activities.

BEFORE


Initially, whenever I came up with any idea whatsoever, I used to give myself time and think about it. By this, I used to ponder over one decision for at least 2-3 days. This not only caused a delay in implementation but also questioned my confidence.

AFTER


Now, with the introduction to the smmart intentionality tool, I no longer take days to ponder over one idea. Along with this, I have been able to strategize my innovations better and faster. I have used this to my major gain and started using this for almost all of my ideas. Currently, we are working on value creation through training, webinars, social media presence and thus driving sales towards exponential growth.

BEFORE


Hitherto, I used to get overwhelmed by financial handling. And so, had fallen prey to lack of money management.

AFTER


But when I learned of the concept of F. E. A. R. by T. I. G. E. R. Santosh Nair, I was a revelation. Now, having recognised financial risks as simply False Evidence Appearing Real, I have shifted my focus on other factors for growth and transformation. And easily worked on our financial management my maintaining expense sheets for the same.

BEFORE


Making decisions immediately had been a hurdle for me for the longest time. The risk of it all caused me to take too long to make important decisions.

AFTER


With the various tools shared by the smmart team, I have started implementing the tool and speedily making decisions. The Ivy Lee Method that has been introduced has been helpful to improve my productivity on a greater scale. With the help of this tool, I have started setting goals and working on the same. Now daily, I set 6 important tasks and follow through with the focus and planning. I have finally bid adieu to procrastination and am on the path of building an auto-exponential organization.

BEFORE


Before doing the course, I knew that having newer innovative models would be a great contributor to my company. However, I was set back due to perfectionism and delayed implementation.

AFTER


Now, that I am constantly learning and growing, I have started to look at other areas of the company for growth and development. And with junk activities being delegated and my energy being put in the right areas of work, I have started work on strategies that can help my company take on the legacy in the future. We have now started an online B2B market place exclusively for lighting products – Roshni – which, I am proud to say, is my brainchild. We have started to branch out and now have set shop in new locations like Mumbai and Nashik.
