BEFORE


Initially, my revenue-generating activities were very little because I kept getting dragged into management issues. Most of my time was spent in simply planning & preparing and almost rarely acting. At times stuck in meetings for damage control. While I was over-worked, I was still working on my self-upgradation, which was a good thing.

AFTER


Once I started the course, I was able to start making changes in my management style. I started delegating activities to my employees and started focusing on my distinct forte. With the freedom to do this, we were able to achieve a turnover of 4Cr even during the pandemic. With the guidance of T. I. G. E. R. Santosh Nair and my reviewer Jinen Solanki, I have been making implementing systems and process that will help my organisation shift to a more focused and consistent growth process to transition into an Auto-pilot organisation & grow on its own.

BEFORE


We used to have problems with the management of teams. Most of the time, this happened due to poor communication. To resolve this, I used to have to get involved and set things right. This was too often. While there was confusion, I knew that there were members in my organisation whom I saw as part of my dream team and so I was inducting a few members.

AFTER


The session about building a dream team was very informative for me and I knew that if I wanted to be free from handling junk activities, I had to build a team that can help me do that. Now I have developed 2 leaders who will act as the second in line. Slowly I am breaking away from meetings that don’t need my attention and they have team-wise agenda meetings. For this to go smoothly, we are reviewing the goals. With systems set and processes running, I am looking forward to having a team that works on their distinct forte.

BEFORE


Coming up with plans and ideas for development has always been my strong suit. However, when it comes to implementation, we fall behind. This was again due to the team not being strong and c0nnected enough.

AFTER


Maybe we were missing the intension and so weren’t successful to carry out our operations. But with the help of the intentionality tool, formulating new ideas and processes have become smoother than ever! Since the Mastery in Entrepreneurship Excellence Gurukul program, there has been some quality improvement amongst the employees; we have started work on office digitalization.

BEFORE


I used to have a futile fear of loss.

AFTER


Mastery in Entrepreneurship Excellence Gurukul has been so fruitful to me. With T. I. G. E. R. Santosh Nair in the lead, his energy and spirit in his belief have taken me away from my any fear that I once had. I have given up the fear and moved onto focusing all my energy and anxiety where it benefits me and my performance.

I have always worked on making sure I was being my most productive self. I have always seen myself as a tough force in the company. That being said, I still had trouble getting the best results.

AFTER


After the course, I have now become aware of myself as not only tough but also the most important resource. Which is why I have started delegated tasks that can be managed by the teams. To make this more convenient and consistent, I have implemented distinguished teams depending on the task and the employees' skills. Time structuring has helped me a lot when it comes to productivity. Which is why now, I have started making use of a calendar that will help me prioritize tasks and act upon them accordingly.

BEFORE


When it comes to strategies, I made it a point to run R&Ds. I followed the methods for making sales. I am always looking for newer ways for driving revenues, however, before the course, we were lacking somewhere when it came to implementation.

AFTER


With my team working on making the online shift, we have launched new products that cater to corona coverage & group Mediclaim. By this, we are looking to invite newer closures. T. I. G. E. R. Santosh Nair & my review both suggested that we incorporate technology into our benefit. To make this and our other projects a success, we have started using technology to our benefit. T. I. G. E. R. Santosh Nair also suggested the need to create value before expecting the outcome. Which is why we have started connecting, updating and, attracting customers through multiple social media platforms.
