Today our company has set a new goals and dreams. I would like to share some of our implementation after 4th session of the MEE Gurukul. I know this is just the beginning and will eagerly waiting to share the many more implementation after the completion of the work.

IMPLEMENTATIONS DURING MEE GURUKUL


BEFORE


Because of 2 company I was not focused on Finance Company and spent eight hours of the day to WAAH ZINDGI project. That was my No Revenue Generation activity.

AFTER


After attending the session, I am focusing on revenue generation activities. Focusing on the Finance company and spending 3 to 4 hours in a week in a real estate company. Work is going smoothly.

By Focusing on the Revenue generating activity again able to start 2 branches. Working on Fund raising activities And also sold 5 flats worth Rs. 1.28 crores (This sales was happened after 3 months).

I was satisfied with the TEAM I have.

AFTER


After attending the session I came to know the concept about the Dream Team. And because of that I hired one C.A. and MBA in my organization. And now I am working on my dream team, which will help to achieve my goal to reach 66 cr in 5 years.

BEFORE


Before joining the session I was implemented any Idea without proper thinking on that. Because of that sometimes I was suffering.

AFTER


After knowing The SMMART Intentionality Tool, not using any Idea without using this tool. This tool is helping me to take the proper future base decision. And because of that Currently I am working with one investor who want to invest 50 cr in my company as well as also working to sell my real estate project worth Rs. 21 Cr.

BEFORE


As one of my business was not generating profit, I had many fears like what others think about me, fear of society, creditability etc.

AFTER


After joining the session, completing the reviews as well as watching the DVD’s like communication multiplier and FEAR multiplier, on a regular basis with the conversation with reviewers, Now I don’t have any FEAR. Because I know FEAR is nothing but False Evidence Appear Real.

Now I don’t have any FEAR for how to face my creditors. Because I had already planned how to pay them.

BEFORE


Because of the government policy of moratorium of loans, collection of the Loans installment were low.

AFTER


Because of the entrepreneur’s rights which we studied in the first session. Implemented those learning to solve this issue, work on our team members and because of that their productivity increased around 30 to 40% which help to collect the money from the market.

In our company we don’t have a system of DSA Code. (DSA- Direct Selling Association)

AFTER


By using the Right to Strategies right, able to get DSA code of various banks. So that we can target the HNI clients. The one file which is completed is generated revenue of Rs. 70,000/- for us and another files also generates estimated revenue approx. 5 lakh to 10 lakhs for us.
