A habit is a behavior that is repeated over time until it becomes automatic.

Whatever you’ve been doing consistently for a long time has already become your habit.

  • If you’ve been avoiding what you committed to for a while, that has already become your habit.
  • If you’ve been failing to achieve your targets for months, that has already become your habit.
  • If people constantly need to follow up with you, inefficiency and ineffectiveness have already become your habits.
  • If you’ve been consistently complaining, then that, too, has become your habit.

Whatever you do consistently will eventually become your habit.

Now, take a moment to reflect:
Which recent bad habits have you unknowingly formed, and what do you consciously intend to do about these self-depreciating habits?
