Designation: Executive /Sr. Executive – Reviews (facilitate Implementation)
Reporting to: Sr. Manager- Reviews
Location: Andheri West
Reportees: None
Role Significance:
The Review Department is the USP of smmart. That itself suffices the significance of this Department. This position must deliver and ensure implementation standards are met and our session deliverables and effectively instilled and ingrained in the Client and in his Organization.
The Department is responsible to provide path breaking solutions to Entrepreneurs, develop radical shift in their mindset so that the client’s business grows multi-fold. There are set parameters for the reviewer to meet implementation standards and measure thresholds of success at client’s end. The Reviewer must drive these parameters successfully.
This position will be called upon to participate in devising implementation methodology to ensure that Success stories of Customers are consistently created and our Brand Promise is met.

We are an Entrepreneur Training & Consultancy Company, based in Mumbai, with Franchise operations in Rajkot and Raipur. We have a fleet of Trainers who conduct our online and offline Programs Pan India and have clients attending them from across the globe.
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive / Sr Executive – Review Department, based in Mumbai.
We provide path breaking solutions to Entrepreneurs, develop radical shifts in their mindset so that they grow their business multi-fold.
KRA
- Conducting Reviews as per pre-set Quality Standards.
- Retention of Customers and ensuring their movement to join other programs of smmart.
- Creating of success stories thru effective implementation.
- Event management experience / Organizing /executing Client meets
- Reading / researching / upskilling self – Capability Building
Responsibilities:
- To ensure Program / Session implementation at the Customer’s end.
- Create, document and share review related Reports, implementation trackers, DAR etc with the clients / lead trainer.
- Grievance Management and resolution within Timelines.
- Lead Generation thru effective Service deliverables to meet review standards
- Be alert to identify and close Cross selling / Upselling opportunities.
- Event Management experience (to plan and execute customer meets)
- Devise other revenue generating avenues for future growth.
- Interaction with all internal departments and customers to design, negotiate, and drive closures.
Job Description: Conducting reviews 70%:
- Appointment fixing to conduct review.
- Robust Pre-review preparation.
- Conducting the reviews, recording and minuting the reviews discussions.
- Sharing the minutes with the client and the internal stake-holders.
- Filing of the reviews.
- Tracking progress of actionable with the client-Implementation Tracker sheets / Audit Book)
- Filling his review minutes in the file.
- Attending weekly / monthly meetings & sessions. Pre-meet and Pre-session preparation Be prepared with PPT for department weekly / monthly meets.
- Use Escalation Matrix to resolve complex grievance.
Revenue Generation 30%:
- Identifying the need while conducting review.
- Upselling / Cross selling our products as per need.
- Generating Revenue.
This Role requires the person to be
- Presentable, well dressed and a Pleasing Personality.
- Keen interest to read books, newspapers and stay updated with current social / political and economic matters. Upgrade self, research about the client’s industry
- Good in MS Office (word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to Travel and work at Clients end.
- Good interpersonal and strong communications skills
- Capable of in-depth interaction with Clients, inspire and push implementation at their end and service their complaints while maintaining poise and composure.
- An enthusiastic / energetic team player with excellent negotiation and independent workload management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-moving environment with strong focus on client implementation.
Industry: Education / Training / ED Tech Industry.
Service Industry experience is a must but Multi-Industry experience will be a notable advantage..
Edu Qualifications: MBA-HR / BBA / Bachelor’s degree in business studies/ PGDM- HR.
General Skills: Sense of Ownership, Sales Driven, Clarity, Communication, People Management, Thought leadership, Change Management, Persistence, Risk Management, Team work, Adaptability, Stress management, Vision, Strategic Outlook, Setting high quality Standards, Time and other discipline
Experience: At least 1-2 years experience in servicing customers and relationship selling domains.
Compensation: 4- 4.5L CTC (salary is not a constraint for the right talent)
