How will I now make my company, Smmart, the best in everything it does?
This morning, I learned something profound from Guru Rishi Prabhakar ji. The impact of this learning is going to transform my approach.
I am committed to building my company, Smmart, into a Gurukul. It will not be driven by managers but by Gurus.
Gu-ru—”Gu” signifies darkness, and “Ru” signifies light. A Guru, therefore, is someone who leads people from darkness to light. I aspire to create a family of Gurus—a Family of Masters.
Guru-Kul—”Guru” means Master, and “Kul” means Family. For me, Guru-Kul represents a Family of Masters. I will transform Smmart into a Family of Masters.
Starting from 30th December 2024, we will begin this journey. I may not yet know the how, but I will soon figure it out. Every person in my company will become a Master, and we will build an ecosystem to make this vision a reality.
As a result, anything that comes from Smmart will always be the best.
